Our advantage is that we have an extensive, concentrated and complementary base of experience from a wide range of industry areas, particularly in offshore and onshore petroleum and energy commercial, operational, resource management and HSE law issues, in addition to CCS and seabed minerals. This is experience that also has transfer value to other businesses.
We have extensive experience with tax law, company law, contractual, regulatory and administrative matters, both between commercial parties and in relation to public authorities. We also have experience in how this is handled between states and within national or multinational groups of companies.
We have broad and deep experience in general corporate tax law, related corporate law issues, international tax law and transfer pricing. We have worked with clients of all sizes, from the largest to the smallest; public enterprises, trade associations, national and international enterprises and small businesses.
This means that we can deliver top-class legal services and advice in a fast and cost-effective manner, – without detours, delegations or extensive and expensive teams, – and regardless of the nature and complexity of the issue.
